Taraji P. Henson and Idris Elba Teaming Up For "No Good Deed" Movie


Taraji P. Henson and Idris Elba are teaming up for a new Screen Gems thriller entitled “No Good Deed,” reportsThe Hollywood Reporter.
The film, directed by Sam Miller, centers “around a former DA-turned-stay-at-home mom and her two small children who are terrorized and kidnapped from their home when she invites a good-looking mysterious stranger in to wait for help after his car ran off the road.”
Bounce TV’s Will Packer will produce the film under his Rainforest Films banner, and Elba will executive produce. Both actors have found success landing lead roles with Screen Gems. Elba has starred in Takers and Obsessed. While Henson has a lead role in the upcoming Think Like A Man film adaptation. Deed begins shooting next month in Georgia.
Currently, Henson stars in the hit CBS cop drama “Person of Interest.” And Elba can be seen in Ghost Rider: Spirit of Vengeance, which is currently in theaters.
